NIBS: Any 2" deep or less round or square pizza tray or pan we manufacture can be furnished with NIBS. To order, use the regular item number and add the prefix "N." Also note in the body of the order that the pans should be made with NIBS. The NIBS are approximately 5/8" diameter and raise the pizza about 1/8" above the surface of the pan. Raising the pizza off the surface allows moisture to escape and a fresher, crispier pizza may result. Pans with NIBS cannot be made with Feet and cannot be Perf or SuperPerf.
